Under the direction of the third generation, Phoenix Specialty Mfg. Co. has grown in many ways. Our facility is now over 120,000 square feet. We have a fully equipped and modern machine shop capable of producing a wide range of tooling. Our pressroom has over 60 presses that range from 15 to 150 tons. We provide custom components to thousands of original equipment manufacturers (OEM's). We complete over 34,000 shipments during the year. Our products include: special washers, shims, and stampings, as well as machined components. We have manufactured parts for the Space Shuttle, the Mars Rover, and the Apollo Moon landing as well the United States Bob Sled Team and numerous NASCAR racing teams. Phoenix employees produce specialty components to very precise tolerances from hundreds of different materials. Phoenix Specialty Mfg. Co. is now the oldest and largest stocking manufacturer of special washers in the country. We strive to have the shortest lead-time and quickest response time within our industry.
